X chromosome is blank after Segment upload

Recently X chromosome is not loading after new Segment uploads using Ctl-V direct from a browser data.
However, saving Segment data into CSV and uploading it works

Is this for Genesis or traditional GEDmatch?

Thank you for reporting this. (And thank-you for the detailed information - it helps me track down the issue.) I’m at Rootstech this week; I will fix this early next week.

I finally got it working again. GEDmatch used to label the X chromosome as “23” in the segment report, but it looks like they changed it recently to “X”, which caused RootsFinder to miss it during the paste. It picks it up again now.
