When I invoke Web Clipper on a FamilySearch page, it tells me to close the Web Clipper window, open the FamilySearch page in a new window and start WebClipper again… even if I’ve just followed the directions. What am I doing wrong?
I am also having this problem, but on Chrome. It looks like maybe FamilySearch changed the layout and now the clipper can’t identify the information?
Yes, that’s exactly the problem. I will update the clipper by the end of the week and report back here.
A week late, but the clipper is working on FamilySearch again.
