I am having trouble logging in and using my rootsfinder trees. It freezes up.
You have a pretty large tree, but it shouldn’t be freezing up on you. Could you do the following to help me investigate the issue?
When it freezes, right-click somewhere on the page. Select “Inspect” from the menu. Then select the “Console” tab. You will hopefully see some red text under the console tab. Would you please send that to me? dallan at rootsfinder.com
Also, what browser are you using and how much memory do you have on your computer?
