Yesterday the site was very slow. Today 2 May 2020 at 20:00 UK time it took nearly 10 minutes to get to login screen and after another 15 minutes I’m still waiting for my tree to load. Is there a server problem? I don’t have a problem with any other website and have checked my broadband speed and everything is normal.
Seems to be working OK again I will load a few trees and see what happens
I have a monitor that pings the site periodically and tells me how it’s performing, but it didn’t alert me to anything out of the ordinary. I’m not sure what happened. Please let me know in case it happens again.
