I have been a Rootsfinder subscriber for many years and manage two accounts. One is an account that owns a large number of trees on behalf of a family history group, the other is my personal account which in the past accessed trees shared by the family history group and also some trees of my own.
I have now moved all of my personally owned trees to another product and only access trees shared by a subscribed account. I have let my subscription lapse as I understand accessing trees shared by another account picks up the benefits of that account, eg no ads.
When I choose a tree and drill down through various people/children etc, I don’t see any ads.
However, if I use the search all trees and choose a person’s profile that way, I’m getting ads displayed in the right panel. I don’t think these should be appearing.
