Just wanted to let you know, that sometime in the past 48 hours there has been a terrible slow down on connection between rootsfinder and familytree. I am constantly asked to login to familysearch (once every 4 minutes) and pulling the information on a compare takes up to 2 minutes to populate. I originally thought it was my network and/or computer, but same thing happens when on a tier 1 backbone internet connection and totally separate computer.
Thank you for pointing out the problem. We are looking into it right now.
I tried a half-hour ago and had problems. Now it works fine. This appears to be an intermittent problem. We are working with FamilySearch to resolve the issue.
