DNATOOLS add kit source to gedmatch match list

Now that gedmatch has meaningless kit numbers it would be a big help to those of us with kits across platforms if you were to add a column with kit source to the Match List view. I would be happy with a single letter for source (you would have to recode if you wanted to represent chip and source since Gedmatch has confounded them in the same field)
