In this dialogue, I find the position of the instruction “ADD OTHERS WHO APPEAR ON THE RECORD” to be confusing. The first “Name on Record” is meant for the person whose page is being updated, and should not be used for “OTHERS”. I think it would be clearer if the instruction was moved to just before “Add More People”, which is where you can actually add more people who are on the record. (see arrow in screenshot below)

This is a great point. We could

  1. move the header down as you suggest, or
  2. change it to “WHO APPEARS ON THE RECORD?” or
  3. change “+ Add More People” to “+ Add Others Who Appear on the Record”

Thoughts?
