I had to disconnect a family line because it was a false-positive. Roots finder is not showing this updated information yet, though I believe it reads from and writes to familysearch. I apologize as I’m new here, and can’t find this information. I would like to export a GEDCOM file to my wikitree, but with this new information posted.

When information is updated at FamilySearch, the information is not updated on RootsFinder automatically. You get to choose whether or not you want to apply the FamilySearch changes to your RootsFinder tree.
You have a couple of options:
(1) Navigate to the person who was removed from FamilySearch and remove them from your RootsFinder tree.
(2) Delete your RootsFinder tree and import a new tree from FamilySearch.
