The lines to people who haven’t been attached to your tree (most of them) are semi-transparent black lines. If a bunch of them overlap, they end up looking black.
If you have a kit attached to yourself or your parents, they lines to that kit will look like white lines. I’ll change the colors soon so your dad is blue and your mom is red.
