I have three kits associated with one tree in my account. One of the three shows all features including Triangulation clusters. The other two show no clusters at all. I tried clicking the + sign to download new triangulation reports but nothing happens so I can’t do that. Am I missing something?

Thank-you for letting me know about this! I’m sorry that things weren’t working yesterday. I fixed the problem and all of your kits should show clusters now. If you already have a RootsFinder tab open, you’ll need to refresh the tab to get the latest update.
