Places list includes unusual data!

When I run Report for “Place List” in tree 72580; I see the following…

Nederland., Noord-Brabant, Best (Best, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands)
18 FEB 1860 Marriage M and a

The report also includes several other Marriages with only initials. How do I find out which events in my tree triggered these?
