Dnagedcom client

I have installed the dnagedcom client on my computer. Has anyone had problems logging into their ancestry account with the client?

I even went into ancestry and changed my login to try to get it to work but I keep getting an error message. I would like to try adding a dna profile from ancestry.

I’m not sure what the problem is; have you tried posting on the DNA Gedcom facebook group? It’s Redirecting...

You’re not supposed to log in with your client ID. DNAGecom Client logs into Ancestry for you using your Ancestry password. Is that your problem, or did I misunderstand?
